Anti-racism Organizational Strategy for Ontario Human Rights Commission. Work included work with committee, organization-wide focus groups, training inside facilitators, building support & commitment, writing job descriptions, recruiting and managing four staff. (November 1992-July 1993)

Anti-racism Employment Equity Change Process with the East York Health Unit. Work included establishing and training a joint management/union Employment Equity Committee, employment systems review, coaching, planning, making recommendations. (Jan.-Oct.1995)

Co-designed and facilitated process workshops on employment equity and racism for the staff of several women's shelters (from 1986 on)

Anti-racism Organizational Change Process with the YWCA of/du Canada. Work included needs assessment, working with a coordinating committee, policy review and development, training, documentation. (Summer 1994-1996)

Conflict Mediation with several groups, including WEGO (1995) and Barton St. Community Development Project, in Hamilton (1994)
